Sight Swap

I have a EMP CCC and love it. Best lesson learned with the EMP is run those rails "WET".

Now to my question: I'm wanting to trade out the Novak style sight that's on the rear of my EMP for the Brown style on the new Ronin EMP does anyone know if this is a straight swap? Anybody done it. Is front sight swap necessary?
