XDM 45 4.5 help me please

Should I get a Don's solid guide rod with a 18# Wolff spring? I was on Wolff's website and they had a rod/spring package for $30, I wasn't sure if it was a solid or hollow rod since it wasn't stated. I only shoot 230gr rounds if that matters
