Which brand, load, and caliber do you use in your firearm for Every Day Carry...!?

I own a Glock 30SF... and when I carry it concealed for self protection I use the Hornady Critical Defense 185 grain FTX...in .45 ACP of course.

I really like the speer gold dot .38 special load. they have a loading made specifically for snub nose revolvers. it has a very manageable recoil and reduces muzzle flash. then in the other guns I use gold dot for the most part as well. I have to find a good carry round for the .380 still. I think I just have some random hollow point in it right now.
