I ordered one from Springfield this week to carry at work. I was advised they are currently in production and I should have it by months end! Anyone recommend a duty holster with a TLR-1 mounted?

Try Raven or Bravo concealment. BLACKHAWK might make one.

If it's for an exposed duty rig, I would recommend Safariland. How do you like your TRP Operator??
