So I'm assuming the steel ammo will be cheaper, correct?Well cap, I have fired several thousand rounds of steel cased ammo in both rifle and pistol and havent had any problems, either with the ammo or the firearms. The only thing I dont like about steel cases is that I cant reload them.
I tried TulAmmo in my XDm 9mm. It jammed up in the magazine. The casings are rougher than brass. After about 6 rounds, you push down enough to get #7 in the mag and the 6 get stuck.Been seeing around some places that steel case ammo can damage your firearm. Just started stocking up on ammo but don't want to buy chappy ammo. Right now I have two 9mm's XDm and a Nano.
