Setting the Hellcat OSP safety to ON.

Hello SF Team, Have a Hellcat OSP with manual safety. Have no problem at all setting the safety to OFF but can’t set the safety to ON using the thumb. Almost appears as though there is not enough surface area for the thumb to get a good grip or possibly the safety spring is too heavy. Have been setting safety to ON using my support hand. Has anyone else found this similar issue? How did you resolve that?

It's a small gun with a safety that doesn't project much from the frame. I just push it harder.
Putting it on safe isn't an emergency like taking it off, so it doesn't really matter does it?
