Being an EDC weapon it is going to acquire some scuffs and scrapes. I've used the Sharpie (black magic marker) on a few of mine through the years just to make the marks less noticible. To me it's no big deal as this is a tool that is meant to be used. Like anything new though, that first blemish hurts the worst.
