I'm having issues with rounds nose-diving instead of loading into the chamber, and also rounds only partly loading into the chamber. As for the nose-diving issue, I've found that it's apparently due to weak Springfield mag springs. (Not sure whether or not the other issue is caused by it as well.) However, I haven't been able to find a manufacturer that makes replacement springs. Called Springfield, but the two leads they gave me don't make mag springs for it. Has anyone had either of these issues, or know of a solution? Thanks!

Are those reloads or factory rounds? Have you tried the plunk test to check the ammo and chamber? I'm also wondering about the two tone color of the handgun. I don't recollect them making one like that. Did you have the slide cerakoted? If so, that could be the issue. The extra material on the slide is not allowing it to properly move on the rails. I don't own a Hellcat but many on here do. Hopefully one or more of them will be along to answer your mag spring inquiry and share any similar experiences they have had.

Yes, I would check the mags in your carry gun and see how they function. If they work OK then it's not the mag springs. The plunk test is probably mostly done with reloaded ammo but can be done with new as well, especially if a problem is arising.
