Question about loaded Combat Operator 9mm

I just purchased this gun and quite honestly I am confused about all the different names that Springfield uses for all their 1911's.
My question is about the sights that are on this gun , it has a fiber optic front and black U notch rear.
Will Trijicon Straight Eight night sights fit on this , Springfield Web page only gives minimal information about the gun it doesn't really go into depth detail. It is hard to find the differences between the models.
Looking for information on you tube is confusing also their seems to be a lot of Loaded models that have been made but are not being made now.
What is the difference between Loaded and TRP models ?
Sorry about all the questions , but I am new to Springfield 1911's.

Thanks , a new user.

If you're looking to install rear night sights, I would contact the sight maker you want to use and tell them which pistol you have and get the correct sight part number. The low profile U-notch combat rear sight that comes on your pistol is really nice. If you do replace that U-notch combat sight, please let me know and I will be happy to take it off your hands. :)
SA Model Question

How does an OPERATOR differ from a RANGE OFFICER? The SA site speaks of RANGE OFFICER OPERATOR. Is this a case of a shortened name, or are they 2 different models?

Is a LOADED much different apart from having an ambidextrous safety?

Thanks for the info.
