New member from Heartland Texas

    My name is Roy and I just purchased my first Springfield Armory firearm. I bought a XDS .45, to use as my CCW. I have been carrying a Colt Mustang .380, but wanted a little more fire power. I decided on the Springfield because of the compact size, in a .45 caliber. Hope to go shoot it very soon, so I can get us to it's own characteristics. Heartland Texas is about 25 mile east of downtown Dallas Texas.
