My Hellcat did not fit my hand well at all.

The Pro is certainly nice, but what I love most about the Hellcat is how easy it is to conceal.
The extra size of the Pro removes my favorite feature.
I'm not saying that a Pro cannot be concealed. I'm just saying that the smaller Hellcat conceals when a Pro won't.
Both are great.

I totally agree: you need to handle each gun yourself at your LGS. I was fortunate to have a friend with P365 basic and X & Hellcat. I do not like how Hellcat kills my middle finger knuckle under trigger guard.
What most do not know is the Hellcat Pro grip module is different than basic Hellcat. Trigger guard and area under mag release are thicker on Pro. That made big difference to my hand and made it THE choice for me. While grip length helps, I can grasp all fingers on all of the guns, so it came down to overall feel which was affected by middle part of grip area. I shot all of them well enough that I would be confident shooting any of them. More Snappy was not a factor to me.

I have the HCP for about 3 weeks now .Im 6-5 with big hands. I have the 5 mag that came with it. to me not much recoil feels great. I probably buy the 15 round mag from Springfield it looks longer . just by a little. I love the gun tho .I come from a full size Sig 2022. The HCP feels like a feather

The 15 rd. mag is a little longer than the 13, and a lot longer than the 11.
Unfortunatly, the 15s are a bit pricey.
