This is my Mossberg 500 Cruiser chambered in 12 gauge.

The 500 series comprises widely varying models of hammerless, pump action repeaters, all of which share the same basic receiver and action, but differ in bore size, barrel length, choke options, magazine capacity, and "furniture" ( stock and forearm) materials

The big 2 here for LE are Remington and Mossberg. Remington seems to be the No.1, but personally I prefer the safety location on the Mossberg. Honestly, that's the only thing that makes the difference between the two for me.

How did your range time at go? Did you get a good pattern out of it?
In a three hour period...I shot close to 100 rounds of different types ( bird shot / buck shot / slugs ) high brass / low brass from different manufacturers. The bird and buck shot patterns at 25 yards were real good...with most pellets staying in the 30" diameter target.

The M590A1 functioned perfectly...!!
