LW Operator overall durability?

So I picked up a LW a few months ago and it's been a great carry piece. It's eaten everything I've stuffed in the magazine, but my question is how man rounds of standard 230 target rounds along with some self defense loads should I expect out of it? Should I run a slightly stiffer recoil spring in it to increase durability and could I replace the FLGR with a GI and still have decent durability?
