I have had good luck with the following:

4.0 grains Bullseye
200 grain plated round nose
1.255 OAL

and

4.3 grains Clays (This is a max load, consult your manual for starting charge)
200 grain plated round nose
1.255 OAL

Both of these functioned in my XDs 3.3 when I had it and were lower recoil. While these loads were safe for me, please follow your reloading manual and work up from the bottom.
