He did not aim up in the sky, or at the target, but at something small on the ground 200 yards out. That's not to say it wasn't a superhuman feat, but it wasn't exactly the feat that most people think it was. In a way, it could be compared to the work of a very good magician. There are magicians who can deal any card they want, even (apparently) from a shoe... It requires vast amounts of practice (a friend of mine can do it - he often practices 10 hours straight), but they are not doing exactly what they appear to be doing.
