Yesterday my RMR Trijicon red dot came in and I installed it on the FNX45 in about 15 minutes.
Fits perfect with the KT Mech kydex holster.

Took these 2 pics and put them thru Photobucket to clean them up and sharpen the focus.
I really like all the options with FNX Tactical45.
Next, long term will be a stamp and can for it since it's already set up to accept one.

Had a guy on another gun forum tell me this gave him a gun woody. :D

I have the fnx-45 in black...no threaded barrel or optic but love that gun :)
If you feel that way about the FNX look into the FN FiveseveN. I l;ike mine as much as the FNX just in a different way.
It's accurate, dependable and a little over a pound and a half (1.6 lbs) fully loaded with 21 rds.

I have an fns-9c for carry but I have yet to see any ammo for the fiveseven around here...but admittedly haven't looked overly hard either

The local gun stores around me carry some but I'm fortunate enough to live within 20 miles of an FN factory and their outlet carries the 5.7x28 in bulk at a reduced price so I can stock up.
They also have good prices on the 45 cal rds for the FNX Tactical. On a side note while in the outlet one day I was talking to a tech and according to him during the testing on the FNX "T" THAT THEY FOUND 230 GR RDS PERFORMED BEST IN ALL THEIR TESTS so that's what I'm using.
