Just wondering how you other emp owners carry an extra mag. I haven't seen anything I like. All I have is the plastic mag carrier that came with the gun. Would like a single mag carrier. What are you guys and gals using?

Will carry my EMP 4 Contour in the holster and mag pouch that comes with the Gear Up Promotion. Also includes four magazines.

The EMP mags are too thin to fit well in a 1911 pouch, so I've made some specifically for it; after a day of wearing my standard style:

I realized that flat floorplate wasn't getting along with my chubby self. This AM I made a version with a body shield; it'll be slower to draw, but at least it won't be covered in blood when I grab it. :)

Nice job. They do, however, fit snug in the mag pouch that comes with the Gear Up Promotion for those of us who are not a talented as you are.

That's great work Larry! You should make those available to your forum and fellow EMP owner friends for a nominal fee.... hint hint

I have a bunch of Blackhawk single stack mag carriers not as pretty as the leather ones but probably were cheaper and can be adjusted for a nice snug fit. I really like them , but now I need to pick up a couple more since Springfield is sending me four free mag for my new EMP.

I too wanted a single mag holder. At first I thought that I'd go with leather. Then I found these...
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000PL72RI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

They are very good. But they stick out really quite a bit. I have two and they do work!

But more searching turned up these...

Very low profile (close to body) compared to the plastic ones above.
All three hold the mags very securely, but the nylon are just more discrete.

As a bonus, all of them also work perfectly with my Sig P239 mags.
