Anyone know who deals with this plating type of finish? How much do you think it would be to send in and have the purple removed and replated or polished?
The buttons look like the sig p238 rainbow titanium finish. Did they heat the meatal to get it that way after polishing?
I think the buttons might be ok like that if the slide was the black plating like the sig. Want to keep the shiny metallic look on this gun.

I think this is a Tin pvd coating. Just looking for information on this finish type and what are my best options for changing the color to all stainless slide or different tin finish. I hear the scratch easy and it's really hard to remove the coating.

Unique. If you know someone who dose cerakoting let them see this. If you don't know anyone, ask your local gunsmith.
